Based on the theoretical analysis in in my disseration “Innovation, Concentration and the Residential Real Estate Brokerage Industry” in 1989 and spurred by the innovations in technology in the 2000’s, homingCloud was imagined in 2008/2009 as a real estate matching site. On Start-Up Alley at TechCruch NYC in 2010 and then launched at Demo in 2010, homingCloud lived on the internet til 2012.

·       Video - video capabilities allow users to show their properties or provide a personal message about their real estate needs, saving them valuable time.

·       Messaging - private messages centered on posts provide an organized way to manage member's real estate interactions.
